In the spirit of the newest upcoming mode, the Clash login theme is coming soon!
Thanks to FrostyNinja, we get a chance to see the preview of the League of Legends new login theme. This is the theme that will be used for the newest mode Clash. The design on the background represents the tournament bracket lines. Furthermore, it features 5 different champions: Darius, Zac, Orianna, Jhin, and Leona appropriately placed in the condition wherein it is a complete team comp.
Riot Games gives us a sneak peak on the release date of Clash. Although there isn’t an exact date set yet, the PBE launching of the game mode means that it is coming very soon. The core adjustments of the team composition on the loading screen is evident. Clues and testings are on its way, and hopefully we get some other details in the future before it launches in the game.
What is the Clash Gamemode?
You basically build a team of 5 players. A tournament scheme that rewards both players and participants: in order for you to participate, you must purchase entrance tickets that gives you a spot in the ladder. Qualifying for every bracket will grant you the chance to become the best team in the tournament. You should expect that key fragments are being dropped in the game mode in case you might be wondering as well.
Riot has moved away the rotating game mode system in the client because they are testing Clash in the PBE. They are removing any bugs or problems that the new game mode might have. They have done this for the reason that they are focusing on updating the game modes to better fit the meta of today. Since its launch in 2016, the problems have risen, and they have been asking us to understand some of the problems and that they’ll work on a fix soon.
